For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot restock or resell products that have been opened or used.
Order Cancellations

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- An incorrect address provided by the customer,
- Refusal of delivery,
- Failure to claim the package,
any refund issued may be reduced by shipping, handling, and administrative costs incurred by the company.

Once a refund has been approved, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
